Our travel booking experience with Nadia was excellent. She listened and took into account everything that we wanted for our vacation (which was basically to do nothing but completely relax and forget about work). Initially we had wanted to go on a cruise but then after some discussion and some recommendations from Nadia, we opted to go to Cancun instead because it sounded a lot more like what we would enjoy. She made us several packages detailing all the different considerations for all the options we were considering. It was a worry-free experience and we ended up not having to think or stress about anything during our travel abroad. We even forgot about our cats so that shows how relaxed we were! Nadia took care of everything, including the flights, the hotel, the transportation. She made several calls to the hotel and to the company that was going to transport us to and back to the airport, to make sure our stay was going to be seamless and she always updated us whenever she confirmed that everything was in line with our expectations. She also got the hotel to give us some extra love and attention while we stayed there. It was all pretty great. She also had some pretty great insight on what to do and how to go about things such as tipping (it was our first time traveling outside of the country), where to buy souvenirs, where to go sight seeing, what to watch out for, and just other things that made our time there incredibly enjoyable.
