It was thanks to Ms. Monika Agrawal that who made us switch to this property, at first we were skeptical about the change but on entering the property we were completely floored. She has some how managed to upgrade us from a double room to an junior suite at no extra cost plus thrown in a lot of freebies like a welcome personal note from management of the hotel and free shuttle ride to and from the city center of Rome.
