Our travel agent, Misty Canatella, was able to literally pull a rabbit out of the hat with this one. She got us a room at the Springhill Suites for the much anticipated Taylor Swift Concert in New Orleans. We had a wonderful time! The hotel was very convenient and the staff was super nice and helpful, even giving us “friendship bracelets”. We will be back and we will definitely use Misty when booking. She’s the best there is!
