Misha and her team were outstanding! From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They fully understood the types of hotels we were after and curated a selection of excellent hotel options tailored perfectly to our needs. They made the entire booking process seamless and were quick to respond to queries. Thanks to booking through them, we received a complimentary upgrade, and to our delight, we were double-upgraded to the Royal Suite! On top of that, they managed to secure a £100 dining credit, which was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Misha and her team to anyone looking for a personalized, stress-free, and efficient travel planning experience. They truly go above and beyond!

Misha was proactive with our booking, following up after we'd made an earlier booking with a different hotel (the one we stayed at) at the same price point but with features she thought we'd appreciate (the potable water! and a charitable/sustainable mission). She coordinated our pick up from the airport, which was hassle free and appreciated given our late flights. She checked in after we'd arrived to make sure everything was going okay as well. I was uncertain of the value proposition of a travel agent for a booking like this, which isn't super high end, but I've been utterly convinced.

Beyond the great deals, taste, and great planning she's always known for, she also somehow manages to regularly get me free upgrades and really nice personal touches from the hotels I stay in. Perhaps even more importantly, I always travel with immense peace-of-mind when I've booked with her. Because I know that I'm in good hands, and I can just rest easy.
