My love of travel began 40 years ago when I was 19. I remember it vividly. It was only the third time I had been on a plane, yet here I was being flung out the door of a jet airplane at 1250’ along with 143 other brand new paratroopers. In the most terrifying seconds of my young life, I realized that there’s got to be a better way to travel! Since that time, I’ve traveled to 29 countries and lived in Korea.

My travel experiences have enriched my life in so many ways, and it’s only been made better by sharing those experiences with family and friends. There's an Italian saying, “A tavola non s'invecchia,” which translates to, “You don’t get old at the table.” I love this saying because it’s the essence of what travel is really all about: slow down, stay awhile and visit. Travel to me is just one big Italian dinner, and may the dinner never end. Buon appetito e buon viaggio!
