I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredible Melissa was and helping us find the perfect hotel for our stay before our cruise in San Juan. She truly went above and beyond listening to our needs and preferences, and found us a spot that not only was convenient, but also incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel was in a great location close to everything we wanted to be around and she made sure to recommend some local attractions. Thanks to Melissa. Our stay was smooth and stress-free. She definitely made our trip even better.

Melissa made it very easy and she helped me coordinate my last-minute trip to an out-of-state office I needed to travel to. All I had to do was give her the dates I needed to be there and the address of the office and she took care of the rest. She booked my flight, car rental, and hotel and all of it was convenient and well coordinated. Melissa communicated well with me and answered the few questions I had very quickly. I definitely will use her to coordinate all of my future office travel as it was easy and a huge time-saver for me.

Melissa was very helpful in suggesting places to stay. Communication was very timely and she was able to get our room upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite, which was not expected! We would definitely utilize her again in the future - it’s so nice to have a trip booked and not have to think or worry about anything and knowing Melissa will handle anything we need!
