Melissa was so helpful and SO quick to respond to messages and questions. She was thorough in her search and presented us with really lovely hotel options. I didn’t expect to hear from her multiple times leading up to the trip but was so relieved every time she sent an email to confirm that our hotel was ready and to ask if we needed anything else. She helped relieve so many of my normal pre-trip anxieties. I will recommend Melissa to anyone I know who travels and we’ve already talked about contacting her again for our next trips (which will be awhile, wow fashion week is expensive!) this was our first time using a travel agent and it went beautifully.
