As always, Melissa was helpful and booked this property at my request, as it was conveniently located near a business meeting venue around the corner. Again, Great location.

Melissa did help escalate the problems to the hotel management, but they offered too little, too late. The property team did not follow through with the maintenance request when it was initially reported. I'll book again with Melissa and allow her expertise to guide me next time.

We just finished our West Indies Explorer Cruise on Viking, the first we have taken using Melissa Elliott from Fora Travel and could not be happier. We have not used a travel agency for prior Viking Cruises and plan to never travel without an agent again. Melissa provided us with timely updates to changes Viking made to our air travel, flight changes, gate changes, etc. We are recommending her services to all of our traveler friends.
