Melanie went above and beyond, from recommending this amazing new resort that we had never heard of, to helping us get our reservation, airport transfers, etc. booked and ready to go. She even surprised us with the cutest parting gift of goodies for our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Melanie, we definitely will be for our next trip!

Melanie is always an incredible advisor. She makes it easy for me to travel and is always responsive and flexible to my needs. She looks into all the little things that my family cares about including kids club activities. Booking the hotel transfer with her was seamless and I knew what to expect because of all the research she did in advance and the vacation guide she sent to prep us for the trip!

Melanie was great to work with! She provided us with an itinerary which spoke to our preferences and included time for traveling from one location to another. Communication got a little confusing with confirmation for some activities being sent to our phones and others to our joint email, yet we didn't miss out on any activities and she helped clarify immediately. She was responsive to our questions and requests and we appreciated her touch, welcome gift, and upgrades when we made it to our hotels.
