Max made our trip to Seattle absolutely seamless. Not only was he prompt with his responses and curated options that met our needs, he even offered insider knowledge of his experience staying at the same hotel. The cherry on top was arriving to a personalized note and champagne from Max to celebrate our recent nuptials - not even the purpose of the trip!
