Marissa Pederson is an outstanding and caring travel advisor who paid careful attention to our needs and requests. She made sure we had all our questions answered promptly with other reliable travel trip sites as some of HALS trip excursions weren't available. She even sent a special birthday treat to my husband who celebrated his special day at the Pinnacle Grill on our first night, and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with luscious chocolate covered strawberries in our cabin with a birthday note !! She also offered us a cheaper alternative for medical insurance cos we didn't want HALs trip insurance and it helped to reduce overall cruise costs. I can't recommend her highly enough and will continue to book our vacations with her!
