We had an excellent experience booking with Marion. Not only did she provide ample information on our lodging options at the outset, she made the actual booking as smooth as can be. She also ensured we received an upgraded room upon arrival as well as all the extra perks (breakfast credit, early check in, etc.) that cost us nothing more.
