There’s something about a fancy hotel with a beautiful view! I love luxury travel, but I’m also an expert at planning trips that include a boutique hotel stay or two so you can go big on a luxe hotel for a few nights. I think public transportation is a great way to see new places, but I know that renting a car can allow for more freedom and flexibility, and more importantly, allow you to get to those less crowded, off-the-beaten-path destinations. My go-to trips involve a mix of relaxation, adventure, nature (if you can involve animals, I’m all in!), and of course, plenty of opportunities to eat great food and sip beverages while staring at a gorgeous view.

MacKenna made booking this vaca a breeze. She was thoughtful, personalized, and quick to provide several great options for my stay at my price point and with notes on each. MacKenna was so knowledgeable about the area and found us a resort with a location that could not suit our itinerary more. I love that she provided us two options, one "ultra-luxe" and one "luxe", and pointed out we wouldn't be in our room very much, so we likely wouldn't get much out of the "ultra-luxe" option this trip. Appreciated the advice (and honesty). MacKenna also got us early check-in, an upgraded room, free breakfast and $100 resort credit. She was so easy and kind to work with (thanks for changing our original reservation for us!). Can't recommend her enough.

MacKenna is the best! We originally began planning our trip with another agent who didn't listen to us and didn't communicate before switching to MacKenna, and I am so glad we did.
