Lisa is an amazing travel advisor! I used to think I could organize my own travel, until I met Lisa. She is organized, detailed and an excellent communicator. Lisa was in constant contact with me since day of booking. She recommended and booked shore excursions for us. When we arrived in Barcelona she had a driver waiting for us to take us to our hotel…which was ten times better than catching a cab or Uber! Lisa was always updating our itinerary with changes up until the day before booking. It was so detailed and beautifully organized. I had an issue in Portugal and I immediately contacted Lisa. She helped us within 5 minutes of contacting her. We couldn’t find our port, since there were several and Lisa texted me a detailed map and directions on what we needed to do and where we needed to go. She even sent us a live report as to where our ship was! What a life saver and her service was above and beyond! You can’t get any better than Lisa as your travel advisor! I highly recommend her!

Lisa is a delight to work with. She is very responsive and as an experienced traveler herself she provides a depth of knowledge that many travel agents do not. Highly recommended working with her to others.

Lisa always responded immediately. She got us great discounts and insurance rates. I booked my own excursions and onboard tours. She could only get us late seating for dinner but I was able to book 5:15 PM reservations at Cyprus on my first day with dining reservations person. Very professional and knowledgeable and courteous.
