Lisa always responded immediately. She got us great discounts and insurance rates. I booked my own excursions and onboard tours. She could only get us late seating for dinner but I was able to book 5:15 PM reservations at Cyprus on my first day with dining reservations person. Very professional and knowledgeable and courteous.

As a first time traveler I very much appreciate Lisa for talking me through every step of this trip from boarding the plane to arriving back at home. Everything worked out just as she said it would. Each hotel was booked and ready for us. The hotels booked where very comfortable, accommodating with friendly staff. The transportation services where very friendly and provided good communication regarding their arrival and what to expect. 5/5 stars for excellence friendly experience from start to finish. 😊

Lisa is elite. Her organization, communication and response time to questions is the best. As someone who is very organized with travel, I found it refreshing to have a travel consultant that was just as obsessed with organizing our travel as we were. We walked through the entire trip before going and each step of the way was planned, which makes it so much easier to just enjoy the trip and not worry about the minor details. We enjoyed our time because the details were all handled ahead of time. Lisa was also available while we were traveling for any questions we had. The itinerary was perfect for our first trip to Europe and left us now trying to plan another trip back.
