Lily was amazing to work with! For our mother-and-daughter trip to France, she not only provided great recommendations on cities to visit and hotels to stay in, but she helped coordinate a champagne tour (which we loved!) and transportation (which was SO helpful). She also went above and beyond making the trip (and my mom's birthday) extra special as we were greeted by a nice note and surprise at each stop. Overall, Lily was a pleasure to work with and I’m already looking forward to working with her on my next adventure!

Lily is incredible! She helped us select a great destination (Mexico City) for our girls trip, taking into consideration that the group would be flying in from three different airports. She gave excellent recommendations for hotels and activities within our budget. She was helpful and attentive before and during the trip. Lily is a wonderful resource and lovely to work with. I'd highly recommend her!

Lily is PHENOMENAL. We've worked with her twice now - once on a quick trip to Mexico, and next on a 2-week trip to Thailand/Vietnam. Lily took care of all of our hotels, transport to and/from the airport, and a few tours. Lily gave incredible suggestions for our travel route, things to do in certain places, things to be mindful of (a reminder to apply for our Visas, making sure we got a highly coveted restaurant reservation we were looking forward to, etc.). Not only was everything impeccably smooth, every single thing she recommended was simply the best, whether it be the hotels or the tours. There isn't a single thing we worked on with Lily that we think could have been better - we genuinely feel like we had the best trip of our lives thanks to Lily's suggestions! Lily also kindly checked up on us while we were gone, tracking our flight delays, making adjustments where needed, communicating with hotels so we would get early check-ins, etc. Simply put - Lily is the BEST, everyone should work with her, and we're already looking forward to reaching out to Lily for our next trip.

I don’t know that I’ll ever go back to booking on my own if I can book with Lily! She made the whole process extremely easy, checked multiple dates to help us get the best pricing, communicated with the hotel to ensure we were well looked after, and she even scored us an upgraded room!
