She listened to our preferences and wishes and was flexible to create a wonderful European trip that involved many variables and different family members doing separate trips before connecting for the final leg of our journeys. She thoroughly researched our destinations and found us wonderful hotels and tours to make our trip truly special. We really liked having the FORA portal with all our documents and itinerary as well.
