Lauren knocked it out of the park for me! This was a sort of last minute trip planned for my mother and myself, and i was quite exhausted with planning trips myself, and had little time. I gave Lauren my top points of interest that we wanted to see and my budget, and she found everything super fast and handled all of the bookings (including our rental car). Lauren was also constantly in contact throughout, including before and during our trip. I even had to reach out one night because of a late arrival, and she was there immediately to help. And realizing that we may have another late arrival to another stop, she reached out to the Inn to make sure there would be someone to check us in, and reserved us a table for dinner. I would recommend her services 1000%!!

Excellent service! Followed up on everything for us. Provided suggestions for excursions. Tracked our delayed flights. Helped us get our luggage that the airline failed to load on the plane. Helped arranged alternative transfers to get luggage and to the port. Followed up upon our return.

Lauren helped us tremendously with our hotel room block. She was able to negotiate with the hotel on terms that were agreeable to us. We ran out of rooms while my friends and family were booking, she was able to quickly add more rooms to our block. In addition, she prepared welcome bags for my guests, which was much appreciated. I'm excited to work with her in the future on all my travel needs.
