Lauren was so helpful throughout this entire process! She was able to help me book multiple rooms and secure better rates than I would have on my own. She even had the hotel staff provide a note and sweet treat upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Lauren was very responsive to our requests and questions both in trip planning and during the trip. As we had not been to London before, she was extremely helpful in making recommendations for a hotel that satisfied our desire for a hotel location that was walkable to various sites and within our budget range. She was also able to provide perks that included transportation to the hotel from the airport and food/beverage credits. We appreciate the time she spent presenting London sightseeing itinerary options, as well. We look forward to using Lauren as a travel advisor for future trips.

Lauren did an amazing job at helping us plan a spontaneous extended trip in Amsterdam. Originally we had a layover from Portugal to Amsterdam on our way back to Atlanta and she walked us through the steps to change it from a layover to a stopover with ease and no extra flight costs. The hotel and itinerary she curated was perfect for us and ended up being our favorite part of our two week trip abroad. We loved all the museums, restaurants, and sights of Amsterdam!
