Lauren was absolutely incredible! I needed a weekend getaway and texted Lauren just a few days before our trip. She handed everything so quickly and gave plenty of options. She was able to get a great rate on the hotel and made the process seamless (she even connected my Marriot points) all I had to do was show up and collect the keys!
