Laura was a joy to work with. She's an excellent communicator and took time to understand our family's values and needs. She went out of her way to suggest extraordinary, unique experiences that only she had access to. She made herself completely available during our trip to answer any questions and handle any hiccups (we had one issue with a flight that was not her fault and she was ON IT) - she was attentive and professional throughout. Our trip would have been boring, chaotic and uninspired without her. I'm so glad we worked together and we will definitely call her again. She presented multiple options and was willing to go back to the drawing board (which was our fault, not her's) several times as my family got a better idea of what we were looking for.
