We had very specific needs for this event and Kristin checked every box with perfection. Communication was fast and accurate. A concern with using US based agents for international travel is the ability to connect 24 hours a day. Kristin not only made herself available for any needs, she routinely checked in with me when I knew it was 2 and 3am back home. Always a joy.
