This hotel was a splurge for us but so worth it, and Kristen's account of what makes the hotel special were all there. Kristen was great to work with and all of her helpful details left us with clear expectations for this part of the trip. For example, being prepared for taxi's being super expensive (and not always available) and not having to pack sneakers for the hike to Castello Brown. These little details were very helpful! We also appreciated the alert from Kristen regarding the train strike impacting our departure day and arranging for a private taxi ahead of time saved us a lot of stress.
