Without Kimberly, our trip to Italy would not have come together. Truly, when we first met, we had travel dates, airfair, and despair. We were going to Lucca, and we hoped to catch Florence, Venice and Rome. Kimberly carefully led us through each decision-making process beginning with a conversation about the time required in each city to cover the highlights. Once she defined our trip to a number of days in each location, she methodically led us through hotel options, dinner reservations, private/small group tours/activities, transportation options, and even very detailed instructions for travel between our destinations. She is a well-seasoned traveler and used her knowledge to make our experiences the very best. She considered jet lag when booking tours, preferences of a teen son, budget, timing of transportation to coincide with checkout and checkin times at hotels, history fatigue in tours, variety in activities, must-see sights, and our experience/comfort level with a foreign destination. She kept our every need in mind throughout the planning process and even checked in with us many times during our trip to see if things were working well. And, amazingly, she relocated herself in the days prior to our departure to be sure she had the power and connections to pull together our final documents after a hurricane hit Houston and left us all in a devastated state! Truly exceptional service! We benefitted from every detail she provided including the list of "things to do if you have extra time and energy" for each city. We knew that we needed to look nowhere else; Kimberly had equipped us with tours and our "list" for each destination, and we used every morsel of information that she pulled together! The despair over trip planning melted into delight with Kimberly's help. I cannot wait to plan our next trip!

Kimberly is the best of the best. She is warm and gracious and went out of our way to make my 50th trip special. Every detail was beyond perfect.
