Kim was an absolute joy to work with. While our trip was a bit last minute as far as planning an international trip goes, Kim was able to flawlessly secure all of our wishes and more in a very timely matter. With Kim’s travel experience and knowledge, she not only took into account all of our requests but offered many suggestions and invaluable input to truly make it an unforgettable trip. Her organization and excellent communication took all the stress out of it even providing us with details on how to best navigate an international airport as well as the Swiss rail system. When an international airport closure occurred impacting our return flight, Kim was on it right away turning a stressful travel hiccup right around for us. We definitely look forward to working with Kim again for our future travel needs.

Kim went above and beyond. She found this resort for us based on some criteria we had for a trip and it was perfect. I have a suffix on my name which always creates issues with booking, particularly with airlines. We had an issue with booking my ticket due to the suffix but Kim jumped right on it following up multiple times over many weeks with the airline to clear it up, and she did. Excellent communication, follow up and attention. 10/10 would recommend working with Kim and look forward to her planning our next trip

Kim made everything so easy to book! She listened to our needs and found a couple hotels that could work for us. I also appreciated that she kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed and re-confirmed with the hotel 48 hours before our trip. She is top notch!
