I've dived into some of the world's most stunning underwater destinations, from Australia to the Philippines, Indonesia and Fiji. Kim was excellent. She was flexible when we changed our mind about wanting a hotel closer to our destination port. She effortlessly canceled and book what we wanted. Kim went the extra mile by confirming and sending us off with well wishes. In addition was able to secure our reservation with an added bonus of breakfast, better room option and at a better rate.
