We were incredibly fortunate to have planned our family trip to Taipei with Ken. We wanted a short getaway from Singapore and it can be a challenge planning and travelling with a young 4 year old. All we did was send Ken what we would like for the trip and Ken sent us a meticulous spreadsheet of different accommodation options and activities that were tailored to our needs as a family. We decided on Shangri-La Far Eastern in the end. Ken was sure to coordinate with the hotel so that we would have early check-in and check-out times to match our flight timings. He also secured a complimentary upgrade for us where our room had an incredible view of Taipei101 and the city. In addition, we also had dining credits and spa credits with our booking. During our trip, if we had any queries along the way, he was also very responsive should we need any help at all. Base on this experience, we have booked another trip to Koh Samui in the middle of the year with Ken and most definitely another in the third quarter of the year. Thank you Ken for making our travels seamless and stress-free.
