I had a fantastic experience with Kelly. I was pretty locked in on St Regis, but she offered me one other property I did not know about which was very thoughtful. She was very responsive and timely in her correspondence and she went through a variety of room options for us including a last minute price drop I never would have found. She ultimately was able to secure a variety of amenities at no cost which was great and we even received a nice gift and a bottle of wine when we arrived at the hotel which was appreciated.
