Katie booked a Sydney staycation for me this July, as a winter boost, at the swanky new W Hotel in Darling Harbour! It was so nice not to have to think about where to book, as she immediately had staycation suggestions at the ready. As a bonus, she got a special rate, which included some awesome perks! For the same price as the public room only rate, I got a complimentary breakfast, $150 AUD hotel credit to use in the spa or dining, a free room upgrade at check in to a harbour view room, an early check before 3pm and a 2pm late check out. Not only that but it really was a fabulous hotel, I loved the funky design everywhere. The room had all the modern fittings & a huge bath, the rooftop bar was fun & yummy food. I also got to indulge in the spa, which was so relaxing and the general vibe was spot on. I'd definitely get Katie on the case for future Sydney Staycations!

Another well organised holiday by Katie, for a winter getaway this June! She matched us with the perfect property at the Meliá in Nusa Dua, Bali, which was amazing for the kids and set in beautiful grounds, in a great location. She had clearly done her research, as it was definitely the best in the area for what we needed. The kids club was fantastic with varied activities and had a movie night every night, which meant we got to enjoy some adult dinners in the various restaurants. The room suited what we needed as a family, at a great price. She also sourced an excellent nanny for our youngest one. It was a relief to short circuit all the research and I was able to switch off and relax whilst on holiday. I've already tasked her with some travel matchmaking for the next trip! Katie's communication was timely and clear. She incorporated all of our travel preferences. Cherry on the cake, some really useful insights and recommendations. First class all round.
