Kathryn is always a pleasure to work with. She takes my budget into consideration, which is really important to me, as someone who does not have deep pockets. She was also super flexible when I had to change my hotels at the last minute in order to accommodate a hotel closer to the airport since I had an extremely early flight and a long drive. She made things very easy for me!!

Kathryn is amazing! She was incredibly helpful in planning a surprise family trip for my mom's 65th birthday. None of us had been to Nashville before, so we definitely needed some guidance. Kathryn helped us find flights that got our family to and from different cities around the same time, found a great hotel that put us in the perfect location, and was very communicative throughout the process. She also reached out before our stay to coordinate dining reservations and recommendations, and checked in to see how everything went. Can't wait to book another trip with Kathryn!
