Kate Kelley

Kate was essential in helping us book our first trip to Italy! When we told her where we wanted to go, she was very responsive to our needs in what we were looking for. She sent over hotels that were within our budget and the booking was seamless. We were a bit nervous of international public transit and she gave us a very detailed plan on what train lines to catch to make our travel as easy as possible. She also aided us in finding a wine tour in Tuscany as well as a private food tour in Florence! Both experiences were incredible and we are so glad we did them to experience the local culture! Kate was so helpful and eased us of any worry for international travel. She was wonderful and would definitely book with her again! Thanks Kate!

Kate was extremely professional and diligent getting our vacation set up, and she even identified the Fairmont as a hotel option that was higher quality and in a better location than my original plan, all while staying within the budget that I had set. Thanks to Kate's expertise, we got extra discounts and accommodations that made the trip even more memorable, and easier on our wallets. We had room service breakfast comped on two of the three mornings in the hotel, as well as having a credit toward dinner the first night. Kate was responsive and worked hard on our behalf, and we will certainly be keeping her in mind the next time that we book a trip!

We were very happy with Kate. We called her to help find a room for a reasonable price in a specific area near the Boston suburb in which I grew up. She was able to find a perfect hotel right in the neighborhood we needed, that I didn't even know existed! Working with her couldn't have been easier. She found us the perfect place to stay, in our price range, and did it effortlessly. She even went the extra mile to make sure the room was handicap accessible for my elderly mother!
