Kat was fantastic to work with. She anticipated all our wants and needs and communicated them to us in a very timely and professional manner. Having not taking a cruise in over 30+ years, I was a bit apprehensive about moving forward but Kat put our concerns at ease and explained that cruising nowadays is a far cry from what it was 30 years ago and as usual, she was right on the money. In fact, we were so pleased with our experience with both Kat and Virgin Voyages, we put down a deposit for a future cruise on Virgin prior to disembarking and Kat is actively working to find the perfect cruise for us as we speak. And I can't end without mentioning that booking with Kat provided us two very unexpected yet welcome benefits — a $100 ship-board credit that we could use for anything on the ship, including the spa, gift shop, activities and even drinks. Also, and equally beneficial, is the ability to be granted early boarding at the Virgin cruise terminal in Miami during embarkation. This was a huge plus for us because instead of having to wait until after 3 PM to board, as most people did, we were able to board at 1:30 with the folks in the priority line, thereby allowing us to be in our cabin 4+ hours before sailing. Will definitely work with Kat for all my future travel needs. It makes life much easier for me.

Kat was amazing. A friend recommended Kat to me and I'd never worked with a travel advisor before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From day one, she was informative, listened to my feedback, and was patient. I wasn't exactly sure what I type of accommodations I wanted, and Kat asked questions, provided options, and answered all my questions. And I had a lot of questions! Kat was prompt in answering all my questions and if she didn't have an answer and was working on something, she was upfront about it. We traded emails back and forth and Kat was willing to jump on calls as I got closer to making a decision on our accommodations. She got me a great rate on my accommodations with a number of amenities that I know I wouldn't have otherwise gotten on my own. She made our vacation planning process stress free and everything turned out amazing. We can't wait to book another vacation with Kat.

I've now booked several trips with Kat, with most of them being for my business travels where I travel by myself. For those trips, I usually know what I'm getting when booking with Kat so I felt comfortable entrusting the responsibilities of booking a large family trip to celebrate my wedding with her. Kat worked with me and my wife, asking questions about what we wanted out of this trip and balancing it against our budget. She gave us plenty of options and walked us through the pros and cons of each location. She was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. It was clear that she understood the significance of this trip and treated it as if she was a part of the wedding herself. Upon check in, there were a few mixups with the hotel failing to deliver what was promised — in particular making sure the room types matched with our requests. Kat was quick to get my feedback, speak with the management team to understand the situation, then work with them to move toward resolution. A consistent trait in working with Kat has been her ability to identify the issues and work with management as quickly as possible to give us the best experience. Despite multiple rooms and significantly more people to deal with in our party, the quality of Kat's assistance was not diminished. She was able to work with the manager (Leslie I believe) and resolve our issues as quickly as possible. Kat has demonstrated that there is value in using her as an ally in booking all my travels and I can't wait to have her book our family events moving forward.

After many years of planning vacations for 5 to 7 family members on my own, it was time to put this in the hands of a professional, and I am so glad I did. I had an idea of where I wanted to go, but the thought of flights, hotels, airport transfers, and activities was daunting, especially since this was an international trip. I am so glad I called Kat! So seamless. All she needed was the location, dates, and number of people. Within short order, I had options laid out for me. It was perfect, like a simple restaurant menu. All I had to do was pick, and the next thing I had in front of me was an itinerary spelling out our trip on a daily basis! Oh, and she doesn't stop there. From confirming hotel stays shortly before our trip, to checking us into our flights and confirming airport transfers, to confirming activities, she does it all.. Not sure why I didn't do this before, but I know now that I will go to Kat whenever I am planning a vacation. THANK YOU, KAT!!!!
