Kat was fantastic to work with. She anticipated all our wants and needs and communicated them to us in a very timely and professional manner. Having not taking a cruise in over 30+ years, I was a bit apprehensive about moving forward but Kat put our concerns at ease and explained that cruising nowadays is a far cry from what it was 30 years ago and as usual, she was right on the money. In fact, we were so pleased with our experience with both Kat and Virgin Voyages, we put down a deposit for a future cruise on Virgin prior to disembarking and Kat is actively working to find the perfect cruise for us as we speak. And I can't end without mentioning that booking with Kat provided us two very unexpected yet welcome benefits — a $100 ship-board credit that we could use for anything on the ship, including the spa, gift shop, activities and even drinks. Also, and equally beneficial, is the ability to be granted early boarding at the Virgin cruise terminal in Miami during embarkation. This was a huge plus for us because instead of having to wait until after 3 PM to board, as most people did, we were able to board at 1:30 with the folks in the priority line, thereby allowing us to be in our cabin 4+ hours before sailing. Will definitely work with Kat for all my future travel needs. It makes life much easier for me.
