After the first call with Justine it was clear that she understood my travel style and preferences and knew what I wanted out of my holiday. She built a rapport with me quickly which helped me to trust her with helping me with planning. This was really important for me as I work long hours at the hospital which means that I couldn't do all the planning myself, especially when holidays often get approved late. Justine is proactive and timely with reaching out and replies quickly. I really appreciated the speed at which she provided accomodation options for me and outlined their differences very helpfully. It made making a decision of where to stay so much easier. I would recommend Justine to anyone and can't wait to plan my next holiday with her!

Justine was so helpful! I had limited wifi and was trying to change my booking last minute to go through her and she made it super easy. We also loved getting the perks and it really made our experience at the hotel much better. Gaining access to the priority lounge allowed us to enjoy a really nice happy hour and delicious breakfast. We also used the $100 credit for dinner, which was a great last meal in Hanoi. Without these perks, we would not have been able to fully enjoy the hotel as much.

Justine made my NYC trip so memorable.
