Julia Hugg

Julia went above and beyond while we were trying to decide where to go. She gave us many options in different locations that fit what we were looking for. When we ultimately ended up on Grand Cayman she helped us with booking perks and even sent some wine and cake as a special touch for my husbands birthday. We will definitely be using Julia again in the future.

We were visiting family and decided to stay at the Fairmont Claremont Club for the first time! Thanks to Julia, our stay was better than expected as the hotel allowed us to check in early to an upgraded City view room, we received complimentary breakfast each morning (service and food was great), a resort credit that we used to unwind with some drinks by the outdoor fire pits, and a late checkout which helped us enjoy our last day on the property. We highly recommend Julia to help with travel planning needs!

Also exceeded expectations! I knew I wanted a beach getaway, <6 hours from my home city and she delivered so many incredible hotels and locations I never knew existed. She asked all the right questions to help me focus in on the type of trip and experience we were looking for. The result was a trip we'll never forget.
