The booking process was very straightforward, and John was able to reschedule our reservation for later in the year due to a medical issue that came up. His coordination with the hotel was extremely helpful, and I would book future trips with him as well.

John was amazing to work with. He provides a great mix of planning ahead and going with the flow. I always had something to do to keep me busy while on my trip while still being able to explore on my own. John is very friendly and accommodating and is thoughtful about the details.

John is an excellent listener and full of ideas! He asked about preferences, what is most important to me, and found properties at all of my stays in Europe which were excellent, and good value too. John was available to me throughout the booking experience to answer questions, and did not seem to mind when I changed my mind on a couple of little things. John's attention to detail and communications skills are top-notch!
