As a former Hotelier and now Mindfulness & Well-Being Coach, I’m all about balance. It’s about being able to enjoy the finer things in life, like eating at fancy restaurants, and enjoying luxurious spa treatments; yet also finding the same pleasure in the simpler things, like a walk in the forest or having a cup of tea.

I love taking it slow, and really indulging and immersing myself in the destination and all it has to offer. I want to be able to experience every sunrise and sunset, take my time to explore the local foods and sights; and truly allow myself to feel completely nourished by the amenities and facilities of a hotel.
