Jenny was an absolute delight to work with. I was indecisive about where to travel to given my current needs and she was so patient with providing many options and opinions. Once we chose where we were traveling to, she booked the hotel and was quick to communicate any hotel emails or notifications. She suggested restaurants and activities (this was unprompted on my end and so appreciated!). She offered to make reservations for us as well. When I had an issue come up at the hotel, she immediately took care of it with ease.
