I want to travel like I'm a local. Get lost in a new place and see what I find. Eat where the locals eat and lounge in a scenic setting, and maybe hit a tourist site if it's really life changing. When it comes to accommodations you'll find me at boutique or luxury hotels because if it's not nicer or more interesting than my home, it's not a vacation. Plus, I've spent decades traveling as a solo woman and now with a young child, so safety comes first.
