Janelle was wonderful to work with! She was warm and personable and really understands the ins and outs of travel. Janelle found us the exact type of accommodation that we were looking for (with a large private onsen) and it came in under budget. We were very happy with her insight on booking us somewhere clean and modern but also spacious (rare for Japan standards) and in a good location that made it easy to access the local sights nearby. We added on the service of a customized 2 day itinerary for the area and couldn't be happier with the local spots that she included.
