We were driving on a two day journey to get back home after a family funeral. We were punchy, wrung out emotionally and not sure where our stopping point would be on the long drive back home. I contacted Jamie for help and she took charge and found the hotel for us in a matter of minutes. When I couldn't get into my rewards account number, she quickly solved the dilemma. Jamie contacted customer service and had an email sent to me before the song on the radio ended. She's extremely efficient and thorough and truly loves helping people find the trip of a lifetime or a one night stay on a long drive like us. Can't wait for her to help us plan our trip to France next year. I know every detail will be attended to if Jamie is planning it.

Jamie was super. She was so helpful with extra off-site suggestions, and went above and beyond the call of duty. We chose to book our own flight, but when it got cancelled, she was willing to help in any way she could. I would recommend Jamie to all of my friends. I actually have!

Jamie did a wonderful job getting to know our preferences and giving us just the right amount of options. We were traveling with another couple, so she had to find the right balance to make all of us happy and she nailed it. We each commented that this was one of our best vacations. Luckily, we did not have any travel issues, but I know she was very helpful to our friends that encountered cancellations/delays. Jamie kept us informed and made us feel that she was just as excited as we were! Would highly recommend Jamie & hope to use her again!

Jamie was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with something special. Jamie suggested many fantastic places and helped us decide on Sandals Dunn's River in Jamaica. However, after we booked our trip, a major hurricane hit Jamaica. We were disappointed and expected to cancel, but Jamie encouraged us to wait a day or two before making any decisions. She stayed in constant contact with the resort and continued to search for alternative places for us to celebrate, should we need to cancel. Her dedication was impressive; we had specific preferences and wanted an unforgettable anniversary, and Jamie went above and beyond to ensure that happened. Anytime I had a question, she responded almost immediately. Our return trip was a nightmare. We landed in Houston that evening but had to stay on the plane for two hours due to an electrical storm. Houston had been heavily impacted by the same hurricane that hit Jamaica. As a result, we missed our connecting flight home and were booked on the next available flight the following day. However, all local hotel rooms were fully booked due to the storm's aftermath. With our phones only connecting to the airport WiFi, we couldn't make any outgoing calls to find accommodations. At 1:00 a.m., Jamie was calling around Houston on our behalf, trying to find us a hotel room. Despite my urging her to rest, she wouldn't stop until she had exhausted every option. In the end, we rented a car and drove home. Jamie was incredibly kind and concerned, asking us to keep her informed. At 3:23 a.m., I texted her to let her know we were on our way home. The next day, I received a text from her asking me to check our front door. She had delivered a special gift to us personally.
