We traveled with a large party including 7 children and Jaclyn took our specific needs into consideration. Made suggestions that were very helpful when deciding which room type to book and followed up in a very timely manner. All information was delivered in easy to understand emails and Jaclyn was available to answer any questions and make changes to our reservations as needed.

Jaclyn exceeded all of my expectations throughout the process of planning this trip. It was extremely helpful that she had traveled to Costa Rica and knew different areas and what they had to offer. I was intimidated by the many regions to travel in CR and Jaclyn really helped me narrow down what we wanted to do and see and how that fit into different locations. She was critical in choosing the excursions we booked. We did book through a DMC but she truly was the gatekeeper for me — helping to facilitate the excursions and airport transfers and reminding me when payments to them were due. She took care of all of the communication to the DMC and hotels. She also made sure any excursions or resorts that she presented included options for my 5 year old — making sure he could participate or have a kids club option. Jaclyn stayed within my personal budget for this trip. She provided us with a lodging proposal that outlined many different resorts and lengths of stay (we split our trip between 2 different resorts). Some of the proposed hotels were below, within, and 1 was outside of what I felt was best vibe/fit for my family but I appreciated the variety she presented in both cost and amenities. Overall, it seemed Fora had a good network of agents available to answer questions. There was a town she was not familiar with but soon after we spoke she had a review from another advisor about the town that she was able to forward to me. I appreciated her attention to detail and follow-up. Jaclyn was available when I needed her. We planned a majority of the trip via e-mail and scheduled phone calls which was the easiest form of communication for me. She was extremely professional and honest. She forwarded packing lists and tips that were extremely helpful. Using Jaclyn solidified that using a travel advisor was the best decision for my family. I am so happy to have booked using her expertise. I would recommend her without hesitation to friends and family and use her again in a heartbeat!
