I love to travel to new places and experience the world, making amazing memories with my husband and two children. I have been known for doing extensive research while spending hours planning all the details of a new trip. I love seeking out the best-rated restaurants, charming boutique hotels, learning about the culture of the destination, and finding what activities to do and best places to explore that my family will enjoy! This usually includes stopping into a local coffee shop, browsing an independent bookstore, and strolling through quaint shops. Whether it's beachfront relaxation, hiking the mountains, or city exploring, I love all types of travel and I'm ready to help you find your perfect vacation!

She did an outstanding job. We needed a room with a roll-in shower and lower bed. When she learned that one of the standard rooms met this requirement, she was able to get us an upgrade.....and we were given a further upgrade by the St. Regis. She also was able to have a full breakfast included each day. She followed up serval times to make sure the room/suite was blocked. She went above and beyond.

Heather was fabulous. Super attentive and responsive. She listened to our needs and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I reached out quite a bit with silly and random requests and Heather was always there to help! No question was too crazy. She also stayed close and checked in with us upon arrival to ensure a seamless welcome. Would absolutely recommend using Heather in the future!!!

Heather was amazing at helping us plan our trip to Charleston! She was quick to respond, was able to pivot when I changed my mind (a few times) and was so thoughtful in her recommendations.
