She was open to feedback and worked with me on planning every detail that I needed from start to finish for this vacation. Gillian was extremely helpful in picking out the resort options based upon what I was looking for. She was in touch with the hotel ahead of our stay and arranged our car service to and from the airport in Tulum. She has a high standard and it showed throughout the process! She was a gem to work with!

Once we chose our destination of Kiawah, Gillian handled everything. The resort, amenities, and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal!
