Gena was so incredibly helpful planning our trip. We contacted her very last minute and she was immediately on top of it and making moves for us. Her communication was top notch and made us feel like we had a true advocate to make our trip extra special. She helped us get room upgrades, food and beverage credits and welcoming gifts for our 10 year anniversary. This was our first time using a travel advisor and after this experience with Gena, we wouldn't do it any other way!
