I love planning travel almost as much as the experience of the trip and find myself lost for hours while researching the perfect itinerary. While I generally seek to eat my way through a destination, I've been known to incorporate some risks and adventure into a vacation (climbing down a vine through a waterfall in the jungles of Colombia, anyone?).
