I love the thrill of experiencing new places, but I also have my favorite go-to spots where I can slip easily into relaxation. I enjoy a mix of laid-back beach vacations and culture-packed globe-trotting adventures. As a former teacher, I have a thirst for learning, an obsessive attention to detail and a passion for planning experiences that children and adults will enjoy. When I travel, you will find me taking long walks, dining in great restaurants, exploring all the shops and soaking in the culture and history of a place. I have found that the best adventures are those that skim the touristy stops and focus instead on exploring neighborhoods and cultural sites like a local. I often plan my day around what I will be eating and drinking — there's no better way to explore a place than through its cuisine!
