Eric was great to work with; he helped make our entire travel experience a fantastic one Communications before and during the trip with Eric was concise and clear and very helpful. His recommendations on hotels were spot on (only hotel we didn't like was at Rome airport the last night, and that was out of Eric's control — it was only hotel at airport that had vacancies when we needed to stay). He was also very helpful as we were deciding which tours needed tickets ahead of time, etc. Eric was great after we found out there was to be a railroad strike in Italy the day we needed to take a train from Assisi to Rome and Eric jumped right on getting us a rental car (and cancelling for us when we later learned the strike was starting the evening after we needed to take the train). We would not hesitate to work with Eric again and to recommend him to others.
