Eriana was beyond helpful and not pushy. Her trip to Curaçao is what inspired my decision to go and why I booked through her. I was in constant contact with her in planning my adventure and able to choose my seats and flight options, helping me to save money. She also presented options of helping me book or plan other adventures outside the hotel. She informed me of all the things I needed to do before traveling abroad with ease, like filling out an embarkation card. I don’t like surprises when traveling abroad and there were no surprises. Eriana, forwarded me my itinerary after booking and again as a reminder days before my departure so I had all my documents in one place. She even checked in with me after I arrived to make sure I was ok. Booking with Eriana, I felt taken care of, stayed under budget, received perks like a complimentary breakfast package and free room upgrade to the top floor with balcony! I can’t wait for her to help me take my next adventure.
