Emma was such a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond and spot-on with recommendations that fit our preferences and goals perfectly. Her travel experience was a huge plus as well, as she was able to give us advice based on first hand experience. We received such a warm welcome at the hotel she set us up with and overall had a wonderful, personal experience working with her that I would recommend to anyone.

Emma Kate was phenomenal to work with. I reached out to her with under two weeks notice to help us plan a week away and she recommended several unbelievable options within our budget. She seemed to know the perfect spot for us and what we needed and knocked it out of the park. We were welcomed with a hand written note and a spread of fresh fruit and offered water and champagne upon arrival. Other perks included breakfast each morning, a resort credit, daily bike rentals and early check in and late check out if we had been able to take advantage of that. In addition, when we had an issue with a spa service, Emma Kate took care of communicating our complaint and ultimately had it taken care of and made right for us. 10 out of 10 stars for her travel service.

Emma Kate was so amazing both in planning and answering questions while we were on the trip. We loved our fun surprises at each location we went to, and she always made sure we had what we needed.
