Ellen was very helpful and responsive. She presented the lodging options and we decided the Courtyard was the best choice. She also booked a car rental for us which was a very nice car at a more than reasonable price. Look forward to traveling so that I can have Ellen help us again.

We were so glad Ellen found this place. We would definitely go back and would recommend it to friends for sure. Ellen found our hotel which turned out to be exactly what we needed and wanted. She offered lots of options but together we figured this was best. She was totally on top of it! she also offered to help with various reservations and excursions but since it was last minute we were happy just to make our plans as we went. I will definitely ask Ellen to help on future trips.
