SHE IS THE BEST! We love you, Elaine!!!!

I can't tell you how amazing Elaine was with helping us plan this short but super fun trip. She opens up the conversation of what are our must dos, where do you want to stay, what is your budget. After we talked about the different things that interested us and what was important to us, Elaine sent my husband and I a detailed writeup of 3 possible options to stay with pictures that were within our budget and catered to our interests. Once we decided on the hotel, Elaine took care of the rest. The process is really easy, and she guided us through everything. She was even able to use my Hyatt rewards # to gain more points. We loved that Elaine went above and beyond to get us little perks here and there like free breakfast at the hotel which was delicious and credits towards beverages and food. She even booked a rental car for us which was part of our earlier trip when we went to see family. There was always constant communication between us and Elaine on any updates and reminders. Elaine is super easy to work with and she definitely worked hard to make sure we would enjoy our trip. We look forward to working with Elaine again for our next family trip.
